Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation

  • Build and maintain a network of high-caliber technical professionals for current and future hiring needs

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and team needs

  • Craft and post compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier technical candidates

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Qualifications:

  • Must understand the world of Headhunters or Contingency Recruitment

  • Ability to work virtually and have flexible hours

  • Experience in at least two of the following: IT, Engineering, Big4, Oil/Gas, Energy, Sales, Medical or other industries

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in technical recruiting, as well as industry best practices

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within the tech industry

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and software development methodologies

  • Familiarity with various recruiting platforms

  • Experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of technical positions

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and soft skills

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience

  • A passion for recruiting and a deep interest in the tech industry

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting or recruiting for niche technical roles

  • Familiarity with HR tools, interview platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies
